Our handcrafted specialty jams are made with fresh fruit, cane sugar with no preservatives or artificial ingredients and with no commercial pectin. Each batch is slow cooked in small quantities, using the best ingredients I can get my hands on.
From sweet and tangy strawberry to rich blackberry these jams capture the essence of home, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and texture that reminds you of sitting at the kitchen table, sharing a taste of something special with family.
